1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the evip5 website accessible at https://evip5.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized versions and any software provided by evip5.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and related services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and lottery draws.
• "User," "You," "Player," "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the Platform services.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access Platform services.
• "Bet" means any wager, stake, or gamble placed through the Platform on any available game, event, or outcome.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's Account to their registered bank account or payment method.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive offered by evip5 subject to specific terms and conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on evip5, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and evip5. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

evip5 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form integral parts of your agreement with evip5. In the event of any conflict between different documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use evip5 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform and placing bets. Use of VPN services or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not create an account if you are subject to any legal disability that prevents you from entering contractual agreements.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register, either with evip5 or any other gambling operator, or subject to any gambling-related restrictions imposed by Indonesian authorities or self-regulatory bodies.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted only one account on the evip5 Platform. Multiple accounts created by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
• Employment Restriction: Employees, contractors, consultants, or immediate family members of evip5 staff, as well as employees of affiliated companies and gaming software providers, are not eligible to register accounts or participate in any promotions.

evip5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any deposits will be returned minus any winnings, which will be forfeited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information must match government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may constitute a criminal offense.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, evip5 implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit copies of the following documents:

• Valid Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) dated within the last three months
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for facial recognition verification
• Additional documents may be requested at evip5's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes

Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours of document submission. Your account may have limited functionality (including withdrawal restrictions) until verification is successfully completed. evip5 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals or suspicious account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Your password must be strong, unique, and not shared with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify evip5 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

evip5 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. Requests for passwords claiming to be from evip5 staff are fraudulent and should be reported immediately. You agree to log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public computers.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

evip5 accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000, subject to change at evip5's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accounts funded with third-party payments will be suspended, and funds will be returned to the source minus any applicable administrative fees. evip5 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for any deposit deemed suspicious or unusual.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits typically process within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends/public holidays will process on the next business day. E-wallet deposits process instantly 24/7. evip5 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 1-6 hours during business hours. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawals may require additional verification and processing time up to 24 hours.

You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or payment method registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be rejected. evip5 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per calendar month. VIP and Gold-tier loyalty members may be eligible for higher limits. Large withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may be processed in installments at evip5's discretion. Winnings from progressive jackpot games may be paid in annual installments for amounts exceeding Rp 1,000,000,000.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

evip5 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each bonus's terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slot games contribute 100%, most table games contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other players to minimize risk, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage. evip5 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Repeat offenders will have their accounts permanently closed.

6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While clearing bonus wagering requirements, the maximum bet per spin or round is Rp 50,000 unless specifically stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this amount will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture. This restriction remains in effect until all wagering requirements are fully met.

7. Betting Rules and Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before submission. evip5 is not liable for user errors in bet placement. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds display due to technical malfunction), evip5 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of each sport. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be void and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in specific sport rules. evip5's settlement decisions are final. For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure fair and random outcomes.

7.2 Indonesian Market Games

evip5 offers games popular in the Indonesian market including togel (traditional numbers lottery) covering markets such as Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau. Togel results are settled based on official draws from the respective lottery operators. Any discrepancy in published results will be resolved by referring to the official operator's published results, which are final and binding.

For football betting, evip5 covers BRI Liga 1 (Indonesia's domestic league), international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga), and major tournaments (Champions League, World Cup, AFF Cup). All bets are settled according to the official result at the end of regular time unless specified otherwise (such as bets on tournament winners that include extra time and penalties).

7.3 Technical Issues

In the rare event of technical issues affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, evip5 will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. If a game malfunctions, affected bets will be void and stakes returned. evip5 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, evip5 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or expected returns from betting activities
• Interruption or unavailability of Services due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality
• Errors or omissions in game results, odds, or published information (which will be corrected, but evip5 bears no liability for consequential losses)
• Third-party actions including payment processor delays, bank errors, or e-wallet service interruptions

Your use of evip5 Services is entirely at your own risk. All games and betting markets are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. evip5 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted at all times.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted by law, evip5's liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed. In no event shall evip5's total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following standard verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to use evip5 Services again in the future, you must register a new account subject to these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 evip5-Initiated Suspension or Termination

evip5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you:

• Breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Are found to be under 21 years of age
• Create multiple accounts or attempt to circumvent account restrictions
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive betting practices
• Attempt to exploit software errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Use the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Behave abusively toward evip5 staff or other users
• Fail to provide required verification documents within a reasonable timeframe

In the event of termination for breach, evip5 reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding account balance, including deposits and winnings. Accounts terminated for fraudulent activity will have all associated winnings voided, and evip5 may report the matter to relevant authorities. For suspensions pending investigation, account access will be restricted until the investigation concludes.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming services operating in Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through evip5's internal complaints procedure.

To initiate a complaint, you must contact customer support in writing via email at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of your complaint and providing any relevant evidence. evip5 will investigate your complaint and respond within 14 business days. If your complaint concerns a specific bet or game result, you must submit your complaint within 30 days of the event in question, after which time no claims will be accepted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through evip5's internal complaints process, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English or Indonesian language as mutually agreed. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against evip5. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.
